Please bear in mind we have a first come first serve policy on our bookings, These voucher are sold subject to availability and we only have limited spaces on Saturdays.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by our booking system but we have enabled this allow fairness to all our customers and to be able to increase our efficiency and customer services to all our customers.
We often get asked how much availability we have.
We are very busy and there still is plenty of availability in the week days. Weekends and evenings tend get booked fairly far in advance and our weekday bookings usually 4 – 6 weeks ahead. We are currently treating 150 clients a week. So please do bear with us.
Our offers seem to be very popular. And we do request our customers that these offers are put out there to give you a taste of our fantastic treatments and not to be abused and used for group bookings. These vouchers are sold subject to availability and we do wish to provide you with a fantastic treatment at a great price.
We do aim to please however we can only handle so much we have recently been overwhelmed with emails and phone calls and have had to push the bookings online so we can concentrate on creating a better experience for you.
Complaints
If you feel this process is unfair or have any issues please email complaints@thebodysanctuary.co.uk where someone will be able to answer your complaint or query.
Please do not ask us for refunds. If you require a refund please approach the deal provider. We do not have your payment details as we did not take your payment.
From time to time we may need to cancel or reschedule your booked treatment due to Therapist sickness or unforeseen circumstance. If this does happen you will be notified on the morning of your treatment or earlier if we are able to. In any case it is your responsibility to organise the rebooking of your appointment.
Please note the following is compliant with your Voucher Terms & Conditions and all appointments are subject to availability. Please do not be abusive to our staff as it will result in loss of your voucher.
