Q:Are we in the congestion charge zone
A:No we are not in the congestion zone
Q:Is there any parking
A: There is ample parking on the streets nearby pay at meter £2.20per hour between 9-5 Mon – Sat all other hours are free.
Q:Are you able to accommodate couples or partners at the same time
A:Yes we can we have a nice double room which allows two treatments at the same time. Please note due to popular demand please call or email to find the earliest available slot, this is not a guarantee and is subject to availability.
Q:Can You accept group bookings
A:We generally can however due to the popularity of our current offers we are unable to cater for more than 2 at a time.
Q:Your phone is constantly engaged
A:We can only apologies for this however if you email you will get a speedy response. You will also get a response out of hours ( up un till midnight on email)
Q: What happens if I am late for my appointment
A: Because we have other bookings it is unfair for us to delay them. Therefore your treatment time will be reduced.
Q: Can I cancel my appointment
A: Yes you can however we do require maximum notice, generally 24 hours is acceptable. The required notice period is stated on each voucher.
Q:What happens if I miss my appointment
A:Unfortunatley missing an appointment will forfeit your right to any special offer deal.
Q: I have not received my Voucher
A: We do not supply or take payment for these vouchers if you have not received your voucher or have an issue with payment please contact the provider.
Q: How do I get more specific offers relating to The Body Sanctuary
A: When you call to make a booking ensure you leave your number or alternatively sign up to our special offers mailing list
Q: What happens if I have lost my voucher
A: We can check the purchases made so if you have lost your voucher we have ways to verify the purchase.
